Who we are
Garvia is a product brand currently operated by Knaipa Pro. This policy applies to garvia.app and Garvia Tap.
Information we process
Garvia Tap processes the information needed to connect to and work with a configured restaurant system. Depending on the features used, this may include restaurant operational data such as tables, orders, menu items, kitchen statuses, waiter or session identifiers and related service data.
The app may also process technical information needed for operation and support, such as app version, device and operating-system information, connection status, diagnostic events and notification tokens.
Camera and device permissions
The camera is used only when you choose to scan supported codes. Garvia Tap does not request access to your contacts, microphone or location for its normal operation.
Notifications
If notifications are enabled, a device notification token may be used to deliver operational notifications to the app.
Analytics and advertising
Garvia Tap does not use advertising SDKs, Google Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics. This website currently does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we use information
We use information to provide app functionality, maintain connections to configured restaurant services, deliver notifications, troubleshoot issues, provide support and keep the service secure.
Third-party services
Garvia may use infrastructure providers needed to operate the service, including hosting, network services and push-notification delivery. These providers process information only as needed to provide their technical service.
Data retention
Operational data is kept only as required by the connected restaurant environment and product functionality. Support correspondence and diagnostic information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to resolve issues, maintain security and meet legal obligations.
